HU Connect Terms of Service

Welcome to HU Connect! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HU Connect platform, mobile applications, and associated services (the “Services”) provided by HU Connect. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Agreement to Terms

You retain ownership of the content you post on HU Connect, but by posting or sharing it, you grant HU Connect a license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content within the platform, as necessary to operate the Services.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of HU Connect.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to HU Connect, including logos, trademarks, and platform features, are owned by HU Connect or its licensors. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing these materials without our consent.

10. Dispute Resolution
